What Abrazo Is

Abrazo is a marketplace that connects clients with vetted independent service professionals. Abrazo does not provide services directly. All services are performed by independent contractors, not employees or agents of Abrazo LLC.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Abrazo. By using the platform, you confirm you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs on it. Abrazo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Abrazo only for lawful purposes. You may not use the platform to engage in fraud, harassment, or illegal activity, misrepresent your identity, disrupt or tamper with the platform, or attempt to circumvent Abrazo to book providers outside the platform for services discovered through us.

Payments and Cancellations

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The full price is displayed before you confirm any booking. Abrazo does not add hidden fees.

Cancellation policy:

• More than 24 hours before the booking: full refund.
• Within 24 hours of the booking: 50% of the service price is charged.
• No show: the full service price is charged.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

SMS Communications

By texting Abrazo at 631-888-6553, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your bookings. We never sell or share your phone number with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

Marketplace Disclaimer

Abrazo vets all service providers but does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of any service. Any issues arising from a service are between the client and the provider. Abrazo is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or other harm resulting from services booked through the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software on the Abrazo platform are owned by Abrazo LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any Abrazo content without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Abrazo's total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Abrazo in the six months before the event, or $100. Abrazo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Abrazo LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive the right to participate in class action proceedings against Abrazo.

Changes to These Terms

Abrazo may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
